We are delighted to be partnering with a growing transport organisation who are currently managing several large-scale transport and infrastructure projects across Germany.
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial oversight of this expanding business unit, working closely with senior stakeholders in Germany and the UK.

The Role
- Take full financial stewardship of German legal entities and SPVs
- Produce monthly management accounts, investor reporting, and Board packs
- Prepare statutory and interim accounts under German GAAP and UK GAAP (FRS 102)
- Ensure compliance with corporation tax, VAT, withholding tax, and employment tax
- Establish and maintain financial infrastructure for new projects and SPVs
- Manage and develop a small Berlin-based finance team
- Provide strategic financial insight as a key partner to senior management
About You
- Qualified accountant or German equivalent
- Fluent English and German language speaker
- Strong knowledge of German GAAP and tax; UK GAAP exposure desirable
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Xero or similar systems
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic business
- Strong communication skills and confident working across borders
